(Please read this in the attachment. It is much easier to see along with the images provided.) My son was born 16Sept2020. I am not responsible for the $180.00 **** shown as paid. The money was forcible taken from a payment plan. Once I saw this showed as paid, I canceled the payment plan. My out-of-pocket *** had been hit for the year 2020 and my baby was less than 30 days old. I am not responsible for this ****. The **** said pending insurance on my Mychart account until October 8th 2021. The insurance company said after 1 year they are no longer responsible for the ****. My secondary insurance company sent payments to St. ******* instead of to me because of the billing statements. The billing statements said to send payments to St. *******. The payments should have been sent to me. The above statement shows a $14,000 payment that was sent to St. *******. St. ******* said they then had to cash and hold the payment for 90 days before returning the payment to the insurance company so the insurance company could then send me the $14,000 check. This money was to cover my maternity leave and the delay in receiving the funds caused a large amount of interest to accrue on credit cards that I was forced to use to cover my maternity leave. I finally received the $14,000 on November 29th, 2021. Below is 3 other payments made to St. ******* from my secondary insurance. I was told after 90 days the payments would be returned to the secondary insurance company. On May 3rd I had to call St. ******* billing because after 5 months the payments had not been returned to the secondary insurance company. I would like St. ******* to refund the $180 **** marked as paid as well as refund the over payments from my secondary insurance.
