    I have called. I have emailed this company to ****** my subscription. They have continued to bill me with no product received.

    I am an independent representative with the Juice Plus+ Company.   This individual is not my personal customer, however I did receive the complaint via postal mail and am happy to help resolve this.     On 9/22/25, I called the main office and discussed this account and we then called and left a message for ****  Ideally, we could have reached her in real time, but did leave a voicemail message.  

    As things currently stand, the account is closed.  The $80 charge for the 9/11 shipment has been refunded  and the entire 4-month supply ($320) has been comped.   The computer system somehow got things confused in regards to a December ******************************************************************* error.   We are very sorry for all the confusion and hope that ****  will reach back out if there is any further discrepancy or concern.
