    I was referred to Cleves transmission shop by a personal friend of his to have him work on a vehicle that I needed fixed. Meand that friend went up to ***** shop on March 7 of 2025 and I brought my truck in there for service and ***** theowner of the shop told me that he will give my truck a drive And see what the problem is. He later called me back and told me that the transmission in my vehicle would need to be fixed and that if I bring him $800 down he can get started right away. On March ******* I came into Cleves transmission shop and I headed him $800 for him to start on my vehicle. After I gave him the $800 hetold me that it would take him a week or two to fix my vehicle. I ride by his shop every day because my kids goto school down the street from his shop and after 3 1/2 weeks after I paid him, I noticed that my truck was still sitting inthe same spot that it was when it first came their unfixed and I called and I asked him what was the status of my truck. He told me that he had a couple cars to take care of and that he was going to get it in the shop and it will be finished next week which would have been April 4th. So one more week went past, and I noticed that my vehicle was still sitting in the same spot not working, so I called again andasked for another update status and he told me again that he was going to get started and it will be fixed by the next week I have spoken to him. The next week he put my truck into his garage and he took the transmission out of my truck and pushed my truck back outside and heleft the transmission inside of his garage for a whole month without working on it. I have contacted ***** every week from March 25 about update status about my vehicle that he said well be ready within two weeks and every time I speak to him, he tells me that itsgoing to be the next week and when the next week comes there is another excuse. It has been 2 1/2 months and he still has my vehicle in his shop. I have been more at a lose of Ubers
