    This is the fourth year weve had Above and beyond put lights on our very tall backyard pine tree. The two boys who did the work were so nice and so polite. And from previous years , we know if we have any trouble with the lights throughout the winter, it will just take a call to *****, the owner, and things will be taken care of.

    Above and Beyond have been doing my Christmas lights for the last five years and they are always fantastic! Polite and easy to work with and make scheduling install and tear down super easy!! Reasonably priced and have payment options which helps during holiday time! Always go above and beyond ;) highly recommend

    We had problems with communication with the office at Above and Beyond in trying to get service scheduled.. Messages were lost, calls were not returned. It was very frustrating.Once we finally got scheduled, the work was done in a very professional and complete manner. We are very happy with the work they did. I hate to give a poor score for this review, but I can't give full stars because of the communication problems.

    This is ***** with Above & Beyond, I truly appreciate your review & totally appreciate your honesty. We have had a few communication issues this summer & I am actively working to eliminate this issue. Ive hired a new answering service & will be implementing systems in the office to prevent this.     Absolutely RECOMMEND! They have been doing our Christmas lights for the last THREE years and we get so many compliments on them. The customer ********************** from the owner and staff is phenomenal. I will keep having our lights done!The crew that places the lights up, they are so polite and make sure everything is in working order before they leave. Something not right, they come back right away to make it right. I couldnt be more happier.
