"They are frauds and steal your money. They will send you a bill with different amounts on each month and you pay that amount then later on two weeks later they send you another bill telling you you owe something else and they're scamming their members they're scamming their clients and they're coming up with different amounts than what it actually is even if you overpay on your car they want to beat around the REMOVEDand tell you another amount when that doesn't even accurate and they have no justification even when I have proof of a bill they sent me of the amount they can't even give me an answer as to why that happened and why they mailed it out I paid what they asked this is their fault and I recommend nobody ever goes through community-wide they are the worst business that I have ever endured and once I pay my car off I will never ever recommend anyone to this company I spoke to the branch manager REMOVEDand she's a fraud herself when she got confronted about a bill that they mailed me on August the 9th 2025 I paid that amount then they come back and tell me that wasn't the right amount that I still owe so what I confronted her about it she wants to go back to a month of March or February about how I overpaid and then this is what happens it goes up it goes down it fluctuates and I told the lady March doesn't even matter we're talking about August I have never missed a payment I have never been behind on a payment this has been the worst experience and people need to know that these loan companies are frauds they are the worst thing in this country other than poverty and people going hungry." ... "This bank doesn't even deserve half a star. My experience with communitywide federal credit union is very terrible this is a scammer company in this bank you gonna pay interest every day for a car loan, be careful about the insurance agreement its REMOVEDadvice: verify your loan balance every day to avoid increase loan balance." ...
