    Since Ive been here the police have been here every day sometimes twice a day. Doing drug busts and warrant sweeps. My sister in law came to visit me with her nephew and thats unacceptable for a child to have to go through that just because they stayed at the hotel. My good friend down stairs was removed from premises because he asked for a different room after paying 5 weeks worth on renting a room there, so it could be cleaned and told him no. Wouldnt refund none of the money he paid ahead on. And then called the police on him for sitting in the next parking lot because he was irate with the situation he sat and waited for the police. Just today someone was taken in handcuffs by 10 officers right in front of my four year old nephew. I asked to pay for a pet deposit. The front desk let me have my dog for free the night because he is my emotional support animal. Then next day the man at the counter stated it would be $70 a night the dog was here, then I told him that was outrageous I handed $40 and watched him put it in his pocket and hand me no receipt and told me I need to get out of the way of other customers. the customer service rep at front desk under the table wanted to pay me to get him before for the 4th time on clock and asked my sister then to sit down and deal with customers and hed ride with me to get beer. I was told I couldnt get new towels until I exchanged my old ones and then when I gave them the towels they said they were too dirty and all the employees here act like you are absolutely disgusting and are very rude like we didnt pay thousands to stay here a couple weeks. I have the employees telling me what to do. My money is being taken & just being pocketed. Breakfast is even horrible Im going to be reporting every bit of this to anyone I can. Also have employees recording guest on their phones and telling me that if I associate with certain guests they will take my money and call the police on me too.

    This guest is still checked into our hotel. So I don't understand why he is making complaints if he is still here. He is more than welcome to check out any time. He has not come down to the front desk to address any of the issues he has stated. We did have a couple of people staying here that were on probation, to the county community corrections does comes to check on them to make sure they are in compliance. So there is nothing that we need to do to fix the guests issues. He did not have to stay here if he did not want to.
