    ordered their product around November 22,2023. It was a one-time order. After receiving a second order, I called and requested to cancel any further charges to my credit card. I was told at that time I would not receive any more order and the charges would be discontinued. Even though I requested no more ordered, I got another order in December with a note inside the package with the following message: "Thank you for choosing Biotigen Brands. Enclosed is your one-time home delivery shipment. You will not receive another shipment". Yesterday on 3/18/2024, there was another shipment in my mailbox. I called the customer service number today, ************** at approximately 10:35 PST. I spoke with ****** who acted like she cared less about my concerns and was very short with me. not helpful at all. I am asking this company to refund all money due to me.

    About 3 months ago I made a purchase over the phone and made it clear to the woman to whom I was talking that I did not want a 'continuing, automatic' refill of the product. Until that time, she had been pleasant with me. When our conversation turned into a debate, she got rude, completed what was to be a one time order and hung up. Since then, I got a 'refill' of the product automatically without a request to do so by me.

    When I realized that my credit card had been used for an 'auto refill' against my expressed desire, I canceled the card.

    Now, the company sends me obscene and explicit pamphlets advertising 'hot sex' and 'large penises' without obscuring my name.

    They are a pack of liars, cheats and grifters of the worst kind.

    We received the attached letter from you and sincerely apologize for both the complaint and not responding in time. Our company is based out of NJ but do some shipping from various parts of the country. Any letters or complaints that have come to you or that you have sent to us seem to have been lost in the shuffle as this is the first one we've received. 

     

    I believe we have fixed the lines of communication here and anything you send going forward will be expedited to us. 

     

    We did reach out to *** ***** refunded his account and expressed our disappointment as we strive for 100% customer satisfaction (also attached). 

     

    If there are other steps we should take to resolve and past issues, please let me know. We've recently hired new staff and expanded hours to ensure high level customer service.

    On 1/27/22 , I contacted Biotigen for a one-time purchase of their product, During the length of the call, the representative continued to suggest that i sign up for auto re-fill and auto pay. I specifically told her that this was a one-time purchase, and if I wanted to purchase more that i would contact them. This was the only transaction that I authorized. This initial purchase was on 1/27/22 for $199.95.

    The subsequent charges to and from my account were unauthorized and in my opinion fraudulent, since I specifically told them from the beginning that my original purchase was a one-time transaction.

    The other transactions are as followed.

    2. $ 79.90 - 4/8/22
    3.$ 79.90 - 5/26/22
    4.$ 79.90 -5/31/22
    5. $ 69.90 -4/28/23

    I became aware of these unauthorized transactions by chance. I visited the bank to check on something else, and the cashier informed me of a pending transaction. This was strange because my mother recently passed away, and I shut down her savings account and cancelled the auto pay I setup for her normal monthly bills ( ***** ******* ***** **) . Therefore, the only transaction that should go through the checking account was her mortgage, which chase bank holds. The banks manager suggested filing claims. They investigated, but were unable to resolve it. I still don't know if the bank was able to contact them. I was told they were unable to retrieve my funds. In short, I had to contact biotigen myself. When I finally reached a live person. She was in administration, and could only forward everything to accounting. The lady in accounts was on off, but she did call me once to say that they haven't forgotten about me. This was my last contact with them. I've called mornings, nights, and weekends. The phone either rings continuously or there's a constant busy signal. I've tried everything, and I'm frustrated by their arrogant/fraudulent behavior. I'm a disabled veteran living on a fixed income, and mourning my moms death.
