            This event occurred September 2022 I know it’s been slightly over a year. But I have had nothing but issues with the truck I bought from Jeffrey's. It actually broke down the day I drove it off the lot. They came and took the truck back for 3 weeks and claimed it was good to go. When I got it back it started doing the same thing. I took it to a mechanic shop who had it for months and told me the DEF system was deleted I was not aware of that when I purchased it. The did not disclose that information to me. Also the extended warranty I bought with the truck will not cover anything because the system is deleted that cost me $3,200 on top of the purchase. The truck is not reliable to drive I have gotten stuck 4 hours away from home in it while I had a horse on my trailer. Also I would like to add I’ve not once had to change the oil in the truck because of how little I have drove it I’ve not put enough miles on it.

            Bought my vehicle Oct 2023 and have had to put in the shop twice in less than 6 months. No customer service from front desk or finance mgr while while owner out of town. BUYER BEAWARE. IF this is the "ONE WAY" of your buisness practices then I want nothing to do with it. The Jesus I know and the God his creator as well as mine, that I know, would not leave me broken down on the side of the road nor without a way to figure out how I'm going to get my automobile I just purchased off you Jeffrey's Auto "One Way" pointing up to the heavens repaired! No worries I finally got it figured out with the help of true neighbors within a couple of days. Thank You previous owners
