            On 2/10/2023, I called Ferree Movers and requested move services for 2/17/2023.****** of Ferree Movers told me I needed to pay $100 to reserve the move. I paid the $100 and never received the mov service.My move was scheduled on 2/17/2023 at 8 am and the company never called me to let me know they were going to be late. I called the company at 8:59 am to ask the move status and he told me he was on their way and the clock started now on their way to pick me up. He said they were 40 minutes away from me and I told him ****** didn't tell tell me the clock started on the way to pick me up. I requested for my $100 and he told me to call ****** on Monday, February 20, 2023. I called ****** and she told me no refund. The company never provided me service and was late. I called the company to asked why he didn't show up at 8 am? and told me I can't get my $100 back.

            ***** and the crew at ferree movers was just AWESOME Completely professional in every stage of the move we highly recommend them to anyone completely happy They handled our home like it was theirs Also shipped a ******** **** no no issues at all
