    I've been trying to cancel service contracts along with GAP protection for a vehicle that I purchased in July. I had to drive two and a half hours to their dealership on September 6th 2023 to get it cancelled. As of 12:59 on September 29th 2023 it still has yet to be cancelled. I am due around $8250 for the cancellation of these services. I do not have the exact number. But I'm tired of constantly being told they are in meetings whenever I try and call.

    After 4 hours of back and forth conversation between myself (a female) and the male salesman regarding the purchase of a brand new vehicle on their lot listed online for a specific price ($49k). The salesman decides to inform me that his sales manager (******) just informed him that this specific vehicle has a $3494 mark up above MSRP due to rarity and current market of the vehicle. They were waiting on me to jump on this ever so gracious offer and give them well above what the vehicle is worth because I am a female. To which I responded Im absolutely not willing to accept and will take my business elsewhere and that I had already been in contact with several dealers offering me a more equipped vehicle for less/the same money due to the mark up at Cronin. The salesman specifically asked me for the other dealerships name and trim of vehicle as if to call my bluff, but also to turn in to his sales manager. I provided him with the information. Within 3 hours I received a phone call from the salesman with ************ offering to lift the $3494 previously requested, sell the vehicle at MSRP stated on the window sticker, and still keep my business. I politely declined and let him know I didnt appreciate being taken advantage of nor railroaded into thinking I needed to pay $3494 additional to get the vehicle I wanted because Im a woman. Moments later I received a call from ******, the sales manager, apologizing and making excuses for the deceitful behavior. They want to brag about being a family owned non-commission based company. Does the family that owns the company know that ****** (who voiced to me hes only been there 5 months but the $3494 market adjustments have been in place since Covid started) is attempting to charge women an additional $3494 on certain new vehicles? And if they question back, he just takes it away and offers to make it right? I wont throw the salesman under the bus. Because Im better than that and he was as kind as ever.
