      They get job done but the charges for service is outrageous, never on time, I used 3 times, 2nd time the crane broke my driveway, 3rd time the owner never once said anything about a emergency, he told me they be there at 7am the day after my neighbors tree fell on my house, they arrived at 810am and was gone by 1130am, gave a estimate for $25,000, final bill was $14230.00, He takes advantage of insurance companies which in turn the claim payout ends up going to Whitledge aka emergency tree responders.com and the homeowner ends up in debt for thousands of dollars because of repairs, my out of pocket ended up being $24,000.00 after insurance paid the claim which was the amount the tree bill was, do not use and do not use anyone else that has his logo of emergency tree responders because you will end up in debt and still have a home in need of repairs
