I contacted Handypro to come see a home I was going to flip. I was in contact with ***** (the owner) as well as ****. ***** confirmed that **** would meet me at the home on a Friday. That morning **** texted me that he would not be able to meet me. I was ok with that as it was short notice, I proceeded to make another appointment with ****, I was driving an hour and a half each time for these appointments. For the second appointment, he texted me when I was halfway there cancelling again. I told him that this was an inconvenience as I was almost to the home. He suggested we meet the next day at noon and he would for sure be there. I was annoyed but agreed. The next day I texted him as I left my home to confirmnothingI got to the address and he never showed or called me back after multiple messages. I called ***** the owner as well and he never called me back. This is horrible business on so many levels. They should not be allowed to do business in the community at all!

Hello, I had called you right after you had called and I left a voice message as you didn't answer. There was no appointment on ****' calendar for said day. If he told you he would meet you that day, he didn't notify me or have it put on his calendar, for which I apologize. However, **** had already given you a quote the previous day based on the photos and conversation you provided and I reviewed that with you again today in the voicemail. Our business was finished at that point. I had already explained to you that we don't normally work with mobile homes and we rarely go into ********. The previous week we had sent a different craftsman to meet with you at a different trailer who did a full walk through with you and gave you an estimate on that one completely free of charge. We can not continue acting as an inspector for you in your search for purchase of a trailer for no charge, nor are we qualified to do so. We refuse to be pulled into any purchase contracts you are writing for these mobile homes. We can not do work on homes that are not yet owned by the client, nor can we provide a written quote unless it's for the actual owner.
