              The service manager, John, at the Bardstown road location in Louisville Ky is not very well informed on small engine service. My mower took more than 3 weeks to be returned to me with minimal service being completed; changed battery, changed oil, replaced fuel filter and plugged a hole in 1 tire. this took 24 calendar days to be returned to me and when it was it ran poorly. It worked better before they took it to their shop, even though I had to jump start it because of a dead battery. I corrected the poorly installed fuel filter myself and when I contacted John about was told that the steps I took were "unnecessary" and they never do that. As unnecessary as it may be it fixed the problem they left me with.
