    In July of this year I dropped off a **** suburban for some work on the brakes and drive axel. I received a quote which I agreed to. The mechanic said they could start on it after his other partner returned from vacation. About a month later they finally started. They got ******** done and said they needed another part to finish the brakes. Myself and or my daughter called every Monday after that and they told no part or the would get it started some time that week. Here it is November and my truck is still not done and the last two weeks it's the same reasoning, it should be done Friday or we'll get to it sometime next week. This place has never once called me back for anything, I have had to call them to find out anything. I don't know what else to do, it's starting to snow and I want my 4 wheel drive back.

        The 1st time customer dropped his ***************** suburban off in July for his August 1st appointment for a brake and driveshaft problem. We looked at the vehicle and called the customer on August 2nd with an estimate. Customer approved the work, so we started with repairing the driveshaft. At that time, he made a payment towards the total estimate and stated that he will be making payments and it's no hurry due to the driver does not have a license at this time.

    We finished the driveshaft repair on August 3rd and the customer came in and made a payment on August 11th. He also came in on September 6th to make another payment. 

    On or about the 18th of September we started on the brake problems replacing rusted and sized brake calipers, worn out brake pads & rotors and replacing rusted and rotted brake lines. On October 4th we talked to him telling him that in removing the rotted brake lines the threads in the *** unit were also pulled out from the badly rusted line nut. We told him we are going to try to fix the threads, but if we can't, we will have to replace the hydraulic part of the *** unit. The threads couldn't be saved so we ordered and replaced the unit with a used one to save the customer money.

    When we received the *** unit, (**** days later) We installed it, bled the brakes and finished the job.

    The customer came in on November 11th made the final payment and picked up his vehicle.
