Refund and Exchange Policy
Prime Plumbing & Drains provides upfront, written pricing before any work is completed. Because plumbing services are labor- and materials-based, completed work is generally non-refundable. If a customer experiences an issue related to workmanship within our warranty period, we will return to evaluate the concern and make corrections as appropriate. Deposits for special-order materials or larger projects are non-refundable once items have been ordered. Refunds on deposits for scheduled work may be considered on a case-by-case basis if no labor or materials have been utilized. Customers are encouraged to review estimates carefully and ask questions prior to approval.
