We ordered the mulch online on April 25rd (Nature's Premium Blend Mulch 6qft), paid the full amount of $236 over the phone as they requested, and order them to do the delivery on April 27th afternoon, Order #*****. The Driver contacted us on April 27th at 6:30 PM and claimed that they cannot deliver on the promised date and will delay it to April 29th morning. We requested to have the driver call us ahead of arrival. On April 29th, no contact from the driver, and when we returned back home approaching the driveway, we encounter the truck delivering the mulch and about to finish dumping. We saw the truck bed pulling the nearby tree branch and tried to stop the driver, but he didn't take it. A big tree branch was been torn down. After the accident, we contact the Northside Service many times, by phone calls and emails. We called on 05/02, 05/04, and 05/11 specifically to follow up. We sent pictures of the damage via email as they requested. We finally reached out to the owner and he stopped by. He checked the damage and agree to provide the details of the insurance info of the truck after back to the company, but we never heard back from him after he left. We continuously follow up with emails, the lady **** replied that the boss will contact us, but never heard back. Now almost a whole month past and the tree is wounded badly and will be hazardous in the windy season with such big damage.
