    We spoke to Mr. S**** after replacing brake pads and other horribly worn parts, and test driving his vehicle. We informed him that we discovered that a brake caliper (His original 1993 caliper), was not releasing properly. He then became belligerent, and yelled repeatedly at my Service Writer, T****. After multiple attempts to get him to stop yelling, she hung up on him. My people do not have to be abused. We're sorry that we couldn't make him happy. We run an honest, fair, and USUALLY polite business.

    The Knapp family Diagnosed our 2008 Solstice GXP and discovered a GM RECALL on the faulty part unit at no charge to us.
    We applaud them for their honesty and highly recommend A+ Knapp to anyone with any Auto issues..
