I as I was coming through to get to my room I noticed trash everywhere outside of doors people's clothes stains all over the carpet I got to my room. There is some substance on the floor I don't know what it is. When my boyfriend try to use the bathroom there was hair trimmings on the floor and the toilet was called the toilet paper in there. I went down and talked to the front desk and her response was for me to take this dirty plunger wrapped in dirty bag upstairs and unplunged it myself and that she did a room inspection and that it was nothing on the floor and there is dirt tracks all over the bathroom floor there is hair The pillowcases are yellow then she proceeded to cut me off and tell me that there is a man flashing little kids and she has to go handle it it is one of the most disgusting hotels I've ever been to and they claim they had a pool and it's not even available it is so dirty every window has fingerprints on it it is just disgusting and I have nowhere to go tonight and I have to endure it it is by far the dirtiest unprofessional place I've ever been The front desk person look like she was under the influence of drugs and I want a refund or their standards razor something that is not acceptable for a business to be ran like this I feel like I'm getting bit by something in the bed I'm scared to even sleep in the bed. I didn't pay $93 to plunge a toilet that is not professional not cleanly and disgusting by far. It will not let me load my video of hallways and that led me to my door and what was seen that kids playpen with dirty clothes and toys
