Located in Central Indiana with easy access to every area of the state within 60-75 miles. We do custom bathroom remodels, kitchen remodeling and refacing, decks and porches, roofing, build additions and accessory buildings. We install all our own tile, drywall, painting and trim. We can do both the design and the construction. We do all of our own excavation and framing work. The few subcontractors that we do use, we have had relationships with for many years. We are fully licensed and insured with surety bonds where required. Our Warranty is a 2 years on everything, 5 years labor on roofing and 10 years on structural aspects per the Indiana Implied Home Improvement Warranty. We are members of the Indiana Builders Association and National Association of Home Builders.
