    This is in regards to a shaper we purchased from ***** ***** at 3K Machinery on July 19th for $3,750 invoice number 5982. This machine was said to have everything included and be all set to go, but when we received the machine it had a spindle missing. ***** then said he will send us a replacement, but he never did, then it turned out he doesn't have a replacement and can't source one. We asked about getting a refund for the machine and sending it back because it is not usable like this and ***** said he would issue a refund and we should have it by Friday, August 23rd but we never received said refund and the company does not communicate with us to get it resolved.
