  We recently used Kentuckiana Moving for our relocation from Sellersburg, Indiana to Somerset, Kentucky—and I can’t say enough great things about Dawson and his team. They packed and moved our entire 5,000 square foot home in just 3 days with professionalism, efficiency, and great care.
  From the moment they arrived, it was clear that this crew knew what they were doing. Every item was padded and protected, the house was respected, and the team worked tirelessly without cutting corners. Dawson led the job with confidence and clear communication, and the entire crew followed suit.
  Long-distance moves are stressful, but they made this process feel smooth and manageable. Nothing was rushed, yet everything was done on time. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
  Highly recommend Kentuckiana Moving and especially Dawson’s crew for anyone needing a trustworthy, experienced moving team. They truly went above and beyond!

  If I could give negative star I would. This company came out to my house and saw all that needed to be moved, I was told it would cost $2200 for a 3 bedroom 2 shed home These movers arrived on time was courteous, friendly etc. But i brought up several times to them that I have to move out completely on this day because of my purchase agreement. They assured me that they would. They packaged everything wonderfully. Their were 3 men movers but everytime I walked away and came back they were standing around talking. OMG all slow moving and I think they did it on purpose. I called the general manager concerned about how slow these 3 men were taking, obviously time didn't mean a thing to them and was promised if they had to work until 3 in the morning the job will be done, I called late in the afternoon and was told they were going to throw my stuff out in my front yard and I would have to hire another delivery driver. Told me my new house was condemned and unsafe and the movers took inside photos that I didn't approve of. A back room was in need of extensive repairs but they wouldn't be moving my items back there. I am a 57 year old woman and I felt they took advantage of me. Around midnight or a little sooner I was told the movers had to stop working and they will call me back the next day and they didn't, I called them. It took them to get back with me after I had called, they said they would finish the job. But I didn't receive all my belongings, I am guessing the movers stoled them or just left it all at my old house. After all this I was told they would be contacting me about payment, what a shock I got when I looked in my bank account, they had over charged me by $7000.00. It is therefore my opinion that this so called moving company are charletons and are very good at conning, misguiding and taking advantage of vulnerable people.

  This review is completely false and defamatory.
  Our crew arrived and found an unprepared, unsafe, and partially condemned property with no electricity or running water. Despite these severe conditions, our team still worked tirelessly to help this customer meet her closing deadline. The job required far more time than originally estimated due entirely to the condition of the property, not our crew’s performance.
  At multiple points, the customer became highly erratic, displayed concerning behavior, and disregarded the safety of our team who were working in hazardous conditions late into the night. Out of good faith, we even returned the following day to complete additional work at no extra charge.
  The customer was charged $2,900, which is fully documented and authorized. Her claim of a $7,000 charge is an outright fabrication. No items were left behind, no threats were made, and no property was stolen.
  We stand by the professionalism and integrity of our crew. This review is a complete misrepresentation of the events that took place. The customer’s statements are intentionally misleading, and we are fully prepared to defend our company’s reputation and pursue legal remedies for this defamatory and damaging false review.

  These guys did a great job. Moving is always tough but this crew was professional, polite, and gentle with all of our furniture. They went slow and easy through all the doorways, asked us questions about where to put things and generally just did an all around great job. Thank you so much Corey Jaelin Michael and Terrence!

  I strongly recommend Kentuckiana Moving Company!! Jakobe and Michael were phenomenal! From start to finish they remained in constant communication with me during the entire process. Their attention to detail and a swift movement allowed for a very successful packing mission. They were sensitive with delicate and fragile equipment and ensured my property was protected and secured. Two great individuals!

  Samuel, David, James, and Q did an amazing job moving my office in December 2024. Was super super super pleased with the services we received. Samuel and Q were leading the job and making sure their crew was on task and doing what was needed to be done. Guys were able to get our cubicles set-up, desks put together all within 2 days. Have recommended them to a few people already and they have moved one of them. My friend had a great experience aswell

  Jon, Corey, and Tyler were amazing to work with. They moved me from Louisville, KY to Shreveport, LA. Guys packed and moved me quickly, efficiently, and safely. Got me delivered within 48 hours of pick-up. Great communication and amazing customer service

  . Don't do it. Hire someone After several phone calls regarding "inventory" instead of video calls and in-person quotes, over 20 boxes is still 5 hrs away in kentucky. I will now have to pay the cost to drive back to get my remaining items. I have called both sales reps and owner called. All 3 reported they would call back with an acceptable solution, no returning calls. Boxes labeled for every room, literally every box was placed in wrong room. Beds set up in wrong room, furniture placed in wrong rooms, I could go on and on. Patrick called back during moving day to throw blame that inventory was not given correctly. I answered every question with specifics going to new home. Warned them several times, one truck would not be enough. Moral listen to your customers. They have now blown me off for more than 2 weeks trying to get resolutionelse.
