      Terrible management. I resigned with ample notice and they held my paycheck for weeks! Also extremely over priced. And heard the manager flirting with customers at the counter dont go to them!

      I have reached out to the former employee regarding this. ******** started here on 4/29/25. He signed a document regarding all final paychecks would be in paper form instead of electronic deposit. ******** was scheduled for work June 6th and failed to show up. He did not contact us to let us know that he was ill or quitting. He did not give any notice to anybody. I asked him about the manager flirting with a customer comment and he said that he did not hear it but he thinks that he saw the manager flirt with a customer. I asked if he could further comment on that, but he stated that it was hard to explain and that he might've made that up in his head. He referenced several times that he was in a bad spot mentally right now and has been avoiding people altogether. I advised ******** that his paper paycheck is here at the store and available to him whenever he would like to pick it up. We care about our employees and their well-being. Receiving comments like this are disturbing, to say the least. We take the time to investigate these claims and after speaking with ******** on a recorded line and verifying all of the facts, we dispute every one of these claims. ******** stated that he did not give a notice to anyone that he was quitting, that he may have made up the manager flirting with a customer scenario, that we did not hold his paycheck, and that he did not know that he hit the submit button on the BBB review because he is 'out of his head right now.'
