      I was sold a washer and dryer pair November 3rd 2022 and they were delivered November 4th. The delivery persons brought them in a hooked them up properly but the washer kept reading an error and was unable to start. He had called the owner and said it needed to be repaired asap.My husband waited till 5:00pm for them to call but they were using the house number as an area code. When he tried to call them back they acted as if it was his fault they called the wrong number.A repair man finally came out the following days to tell my husband they will have to order a part to fix it.The part was ordered Saturday and it was supposed to be there Tuesday. They have repeated hung up on him and cussed at him. I proceeded to call and ask when the issue will be resolved and if a partial refund would be issued because I was sold a broken washer. I was told a replacement could be brought out. I asked why this wasn't offered a week ago when they knew the washer was broken and was given no explanation.I paid 275 for the washer. I would just like a washer that works and *****'s has made this a headache and then some.

      Appliances are purchased as-is with no returns or refunds. There is no warranty on any service or parts.

      Bought used fridge. Month later it stopped working. Replaced it with another which also broke. I had to discard $150 in food.

      We did replace the first fridge and I'm not sure what happened with the second one. We would have repaired or replaced it for him. I'm sorry for any inconvenience.  As far as his food he should have used a cooler until he got it resolved.  I went throught a power outage for four days and never lost food!  Our policy, which is written on his receipt is   NO REFUNDS, 60 day warranty to repair or replace the appliances.
