I had a contract with Experigreen last year, and purposely did not renew it . I did this because the claims about their service are misleading and inaccurate. They claim to be organic. Their fertilizers are organic, but the herbicides they use are not organic, and quite toxic. On or about March 27, 2024 they placed chemicals on my lawn without my permission, and then charged me $87.60. I called to complain, and the service rep told me that the charge would be eliminated from my account. On April 12, 2024 I received an email from ********************* in their W. C ****** office reminding me that I owed $87.60. I sent him a detailed email about my first call, and the reasons for discontinuing their service. The email response was that my email went to an unmonitored email address. I then called again, spoke to a rep. *** told me she would talk with her supervisor, and call me back. After four days there was no call Back. I finally called yesterday and asked to speak with the branch manager. ******* told me he was unavailable, but would have him cancel my charge, and notify me. That also has not happened. As far as I am concerned this company has trespassed on my property to provide a service I specifically didn't want, and has failed at every level to respond to me.

I previously used Top Lawn for my lawn care service and decided to switch to another company after not receiving satisfactory service. Top Lawn has since been acquired by ExperiGreen. ExperiGreen has contacted me incessantly to pitch me on their services despite me telling them multiple times that I already signed a contract with another company, am happy with my service and wish to not receive further calls from ExperiGreen. Each person I have spoken with has assured me that I will not be contacted further, yet the calls have not stopped. I receive calls almost daily from ExperiGreen and it is bordering on harassment at this point. I just want the calls to stop and to never be contacted again by the business. I will reach out to them if and when I ever need service.

I retained Experigreen initially over two years ago. We had some challenges in year one but I retained them again last year hoping that the experience would be better. I hired them for weed control and fertilizer treatments. The guarantee that Experigreen made was that if there was an issue with their service or weeds were not gone, they would come out and treat the lawn again. On numerous occasions and while working from home, they had someone to come for normal lawn servicing. I noted and followed up with them because I would find a bill on the door but the operator was not at my home for a reasonable amount of time to have possibly treated my lawn. I reviewed it on my cameras and found that they were not fully treating my nearly half acre yard. Following the treatments, I would still have weeds and would reach out to them. They would come and still I had weeds. Last fall, they came to do pre-emerge treatment and I explained to them that they could not treat my yard following a rain because I get the run off from others yards and this would create tracks in the yard. They insisted that this was the best time to treat despite me saying that they could not. Ultimately, they did treat the yard and left permanent grooves and indentions in the grass. It took me a long time to get the grass in good order before their treatments and when I brought this to their attention, excuses were made and nothing was done. Yet, they continued to bill me despite my service and lawn disputes and have subsequently put $154 on my credit because I refuse to pay until they resolve my issues. The weather is getting warmer and the bermuda grass is starting to turn green. Along with this are the weeds popping up all over my yard more than Ive ever had. I have the pictures as proof that the pre-emerge treatments and the services that they say they performed either did not happen or were not fully performed. I am in the market for a new servicer but need Experigreen to be accountable.

I want this company to stop harassing me and attempting to bill me for service that I called to cancel and continuously inform to cancel via text. They claim not to see it in their records. Afterwards, they proceed to tell me that they are coming to my property even though I am clearly telling them over and over not to do. I don't have time to keep calling for them to claim that I never called which is why I put in writing via the text. Being that they want to go in circles, Im contacting the BBB due to their harassment and unprofessional business practice.l want them to stop contacting me and definitely not to attempt to bill me.

I contracted with Experigreen for three weed treatments and lawn aeration in the fall. After two treatments to eradicate weeds the weeds in my lawn were bigger and stronger than ever. It was quite clear that many places were never treated at all. I exasperation I physically pulled all the weeds in my back yard. I am 75 years old and this was not easy. I called Experigreen to cancel their service except for the aeration treatment. The very day I did this I received an incorrect bill from Experigreen. I immediately called to question the charges and was told they folded in another weed treatment into the aeration service. This is unacceptable. The first two did nothing. The company offered to come out again. As their treatments do not work and I had already hand pulled the weeds I declined. I thought the matter was settled but I keep getting late payment texts for a service I clearly canceled. Not long ago there was a charge for yet another service which was never even discussed must less agreed to. No one I contact knows who owns this company or who they work for. It is impossible to reach anyone in authority to stop these bills from coming in. This is, in my opinion a very slip shod business interested only in collecting fees, not providing quality service. I recommend no one does business with them. You will be happier with doing the work yourself.

We have been using ExperiGreen for approximately two years now, receiving regular lawn treatments. When they come out and treat the lawn, there are 3 pieces of physical evidence that prove they were there. 1. A flag is left in the yard warning that it has been treated so that it can be avoided by pets and children for a period of time. 2. A paper is left in the door detailing the service that was performed. 3. There is a distinct smell in the yard from the treatment. On 09/28/23, ExperiGreen contacted my husband and said that we owed money for a treatment that was completed on 09/14/23. I did not recall there being a flag or note left or smelling the treatment on that day. Upon reviewing our outdoor camera footage, there was not footage of anyone treating our yard that day. On 10/26/23, I received an email from ExperiGreen stating that they had been out to our home that morning and performed a treatment. I immediately went home and again found no sign that anyone had been there - no flag, no paper, no smell, and no camera footage of anyone in our yard. I called our local office *************) and spoke to someone named *****, telling her the issue. She said she would have to call the technician and call me back. She never called me back. On 10/27/23, I called to follow up and was told that I would need to speak to ***** and she was not at her desk so she would have to call me back. Once again, she never called. I sent a note on 10/28 stating that I would like to be contacted by a manager. Still radio silence. I called again on 10/30 and asked to speak with a manager. I was told the manager was unavailable but that they would leave a message for him or her to call me back. At this point, I have been lied to, and charged for services that did not occur. I would like to be contacted back and for my account to be cleared of these charges.

On 8/30/2023 we had a scheduled weed control service for which we had been paying $64.25 per application. There was an unauthorized additional charge of $224.75 charged to our account for Liquid Aeration and Seeding(LAS) before we were notified this additional service was being done. On 8/31/2023 I called Experigreen's customer service number ************ and spoke with ****** "*****" *****. I explained that we received a bill for a service that I did not authorize and I wanted to make sure that I am refunded for the LAS. ***** stated that the service was done the previous year and auto renewed. I stated that I was not happy with the outcome of the service the previous year and only utilized it the previous time due to a special discount offer we had been given and did not want the LAS. ***** acknowledged prior notice was not given by Experigreen and offered 50% off of the service as a resolution. I asked for the LAS to be removed from the bill, but ***** told me 50% was the best she could do. I advised that I want to cancel services moving forward and asked for an email documenting that the bill was being refunded. When ***** sent me an email, it was a cancellation confirmation with a 50% off my NEXT SERVICE if I came back! This was not what she had told me she was doing. On 9/6/2023, I attempted to call ********************* at *********************, but reached his vm. I left a vm explaining my complaint and requested a call back. No Response. I sent an email to ***** on 9/11/2023 voicing my frustration. ***** sent me an email on 9/11/2023 stating, "I understand. I can let you know that the aeration and seeding will get credited back to you." On 9/21/2023 I sent an email advising the credit has not shown on our card. On 9/22/2023 I called ************** and he told me the ************ has to determine IF I will be refunded! I reminded ************** that I have an email from him promising I would be refunded and I expect that to be honored. No further response from TM.

Last year I used *** Lawn for lawn care, but wasnt satisfied with their service. Therefore, I didnt renew the contract. In April, a guy visited my house and tried to spread a fertilizer, so my husband made him s*** immediately, and explained to him that we had not renewed the service and did not want it, so the guy went back without the service. However, the ExperiGreen lawn company charged me $41.75 for the visit.I never asked ExperiGreen to take care of the lawn. After I got the statement, I googled and knew that *** lawn was merged to ExpriGreen. I called to *** Lawn(now ExperiGreen) and explained that I did not renew the service, but they said it was automatically renewed because I had not canceled. Then, they offered the half price to pay, but I didnt accept that because it was not fair.It is totally not make sense. When I used *** Lawn, never renewed automatically. They used to send me an estimate statement for the next year, and asked me if I want to continue their service or not. Last year after finishing their service, I didn't get any estimate statement, and that was it.The companies have merged, and then they renewed the service without my consent.I did not request the service and did not get the service. They just came and charged $41.75 without any service. They have now handed over $41.75 to the collection company. What am I supposed to do?

service on 9/21/2023. Experigreen did a liquid aeration and seeding. I did not request or approve this. Per them when I called them they said I had agreed on a phone call which I did not do with them. I had this done last year and it was a waste of money. I told them that last year. Their process does not keep seed on bare ground and I never had grass. I told them this year I only wanted 2 things done this year (fertilize in the spring and September). I have that email and their response.I do have a real aeration and seeding scheduled from another company in the next two weeks. I sure would not have scheduled that it I was going to pay Experigreen for their bad process. They have refused to reimburse me, so that is why I am doing this. They are a bad business. they lie, etc.*****************************

They charged me $108.53 for two treatments when they had not been out to my house at all. Usually they leave a sign in the yard and I would also receive an email or a paper on my door with a summary of what had been that day. There was no evidence that anyone had been out, so I checked my billing account online, The invoice just said August 2023 so I reached out saying when were you at my house and they said 8/10/23 at 9:49 am. I was actually home at that time, so I explained that no one had come out to my house at that time. I also have a ring doorbell and no one came to my door that day. They said they'd send someone out for a "free" service - which actually would have been for the service I paid for that they did not complete. They sent someone a few days later with no advance phone call - so my dogs were outside. I had requested an advance phone call for each application, but no one called. The service tech rang the doorbell and then left without doing anything. I have contacted customer service several times via email and I spoke with someone who said she would escalate the matter to a manager. That was two weeks ago. I have emailed a couple times since then with no response. I want a refund and confirmation that any remaining service is cancelled.
