      "I was very disappointed when I called to get my free duct cleaning that I was promised at purchase, only to be told that was not true and I would have to pay over $1,000 for the same ducky cleaning I was told came for free with the deal they had going on at the time of purchase. When it came time for taxes, I my new furnace and water heater were not accepted for the exemption, after I was told they are tax exempt at the time of purchase." ... Read full review

      "Routine maintenance on my AC unit the guy wasnt here 25 minutes and already tried to sell me 3 items . Didnt seem to have any record of the service they have been doing for 10 years kept calling me boss Told me my filter was wrong size ummm you guys put it in even has the factory sticker recommended size on side of the unit - As soon as he saw I wasnt going to buy anything he finished up so quickly and was gone texted me photos of my unit zero comments ." ...
