    Gnoth and ******** installed a new furnace and air conditioning at our home in 2019. All was well until 2024. Found out from ****** that everyone had been let go including her. ***** Lukowski the owner came out to do the fall maintenance and talked me into the maintenance package for fall and spring. When my husband called that spring for the aircon maintenance ***** told him that it needed to be warmer when this was done. Called ***** multiple times from May thru early July and no return calls for the paid for A/C maintenance. Called all the numbers on his business card and emailed him again no response. Visited his business in ********* and it is abandoned. Im assuming he hit up all his customers for the maintenance contract and skipped with the remaining money. Sure wish I would have paid attention to my gut feeling when I was writing that check in fall 2024.
