I purchased Chore-Time for my poultry farm per a friend's recommendation. Overall, CT feedline and drinker lines are good. However, customer service, parts, controller's hardware and software are among the worst that I've known. First off, local CT auth vendor stores say the waiting time for ordering most parts are now 6-8 weeks. How can a poultry farm wait that long for any parts? Next, controller's hardware such as network card, switch boards, etc. are 6x more than their equivalence. A computer network card is sold on Amazon is usually sold for $50, yet CT comm card is $450. The price reflect their monopoly in the industry.Next, controlling software are terrible. It can stop working anytime and CT provides no support. You'll have to call auth vendor, which will cost you money. Imagine you buy Intuit software, would you have to call their vendors for support (cost $) or would you call ************ **************** has little knowledge about their products. They're there only to tell you to call the local auth service.I'm very disappointed at ** who conduct business with the attitude of monopoly and forces farmers to use local vendors for everything and costs can add up quickly.
