When I decided to build a detached *** in my backyard as a rental property in ********** the general contractors I spoke to quoted sky high prices to construct a stick built unit. I felt discouraged...until...I started looking into options for owner builders who wish to self manage their project. I began investigating a prefab panel home based on a 2 BR, 2 BA floorplan I had in mind. I came across Landmark on the Internet and looked no further. Without a doubt, the very best decision I made on my *** journey was working with this tremendous company run by two brothers who give their all to their customers. I had the pleasure of working with *******************, one of the most outstanding communicators I've come across in business dealings (or any dealings for that matter). His customer service is beyond compare. He responded immediately to my numerous questions and always with a "can do" positive attitude. He and his design team made the permit process run so smoothly (after hearing horror stories about how excruciatingly long it takes). I'm excited to say our permit approval took 9 weeks from start to finish, which is practically unheard of in my area. Our building process has been quick and smooth with an end goal of having the *** rented by Dec 2023, having just gotten permit approval in July. I thank ***** and his wonderful team who made this possible. We had minimal revisions requested by the city because the plans were detailed and so well put together in a complete professional package. I received much positive feedback from the city. If you're looking for a high caliber company that offers top notch customer service to support your *** building efforts from start to finish, I recommend Landmark. They will work with you as a team so you can self-manage your project. Their product is of the highest quality and the end result is nothing short of amazing and beautiful. I can't express enough how thankful, grateful and appreciative I am for ***** and the Landmark team!

***** spent so much personal time on my house. He ALWAYS responded to calls, **************** He coordinated extensively with my local permitting ********************** Would recommend the company to anyone wanting to create their own dream home with a trusting partner.

LHLC is incredible. I needed to fit ************* inside budget, county building codes, HOA parameters and all design needs. I worked with ******************* direct, he had great communication, great service, helpful knowledge and walked me through the entire process. I'm so grateful for this company and all it offers to everyday people to make their dreams come true!! These guys are simply the BEST!!

I fully recommend ******************* and Landmark Home. The design, materials and delivery are all first class. These days, many companies find ways to cut corners... do the minimum. Just the opposite with Landmark. Super great design process. Amazing quality of materials and build. Great instructions for your on-site construction team. You will not be disappointed.

I first contacted Steve T*** in 2010 asking about panelized homes. In 2020 I was in a position to proceed with building a home on land I'd owned for 30 yrs. I sent Steve a sketch of my floor plan ideas. His designers created a buildable plan after many email exchanges and changes. In October of 2020, I locked in the house kit pricing and Landmark's designers and engineers created the plan to build our house. Weather permitted me to get all the foundation work done in December of 2021. Our house panels with trusses and floor system arrived on schedule the first of April 2021. A local framing contractor helped erect the floor system, walls and roof system. Everything fit PERFECTLY! The contractor was impressed. I was the general contractor and all of the subs were delighted to have a project to work on that wasn't waiting for materials. 2021 had supply chain issues, but since I had a complete package delivered, everything went smoothly. I subcontracted the trade work but did all the window installation, siding, doors, flooring and finish work. We moved in to our new home September 1, 2021. And it's a beautiful home! Our lender was pleased with how smoothly the construction went. The bank was impressed with how professional and prompt Steve was in supplying information at the beginning of the process. Steve and Landmark were amazing every step of the way. Prefab was ordered and arrived on site in a timely and professional manner. Steve was there each time I called with a question and if he didn't answer he always returned my call promptly. I couldn't beat Landmark's price anywhere else and quality is A+++++. Highly recommended.
