"So I donate plasma kind of on a regular basis and going to the plasma center in ************* that open CSL has been a lot of problems and they're never fixed so in the last 10 times I donate plasma I probably made three or four complaints so they banned me from their plasma center and told me I could go to any other CSL plasma center but come to find out when I tried I was banned too because they were going to go and let me donate cuz the other center wasn't just because I made a complaint to the corporate office what is this world coming to I thought people needed plasma that were very sick and that's why people donated and they get a little compensation and get treated not so good having to have long wait times is which I complained about you go in and there's 9 to 10 people in line and there's one person or when you get done donating you're waiting there 10 to 15 minutes to get disconnected you don't see that any other plasma center except one's own by CSL this is the craziest thing I've ever seen because a customer can play new bantam and it was three complaints 1 about the wait times and 2 or 3 waiting to be disconnected and my daughter goes there too and they had the machine hooked up around so when the donation started it sprayed all on the inside of the machine there has been a lot of issues at this location and all I get told by the managers is it's the employees faults that work there and we can't hire new ones because we can't find good people after they told me they would have the problem solved in six weeks and I waited 6 weeks and I got worse"
