      Disrespectful, over charge customers and is very inappropriate. I don't recommend this location at all. Bad experience. I rate this store not even a 1 star but zero stars.

      I wish I could give them a 0. The employees were really helpful at the register. M&M sells their more expensive wigs in the back room where it seems that only select people may enter. Please be very careful when purchasing because I purchased one that looked to be very nice and I did try it on. I'm not a constant wig wearer so I thought it was nice and purchased it. A few days later when I went to put it on, it was ripped. I normally wouldn't care and would just purchase another one from anywhere and forget about that one. I didn't this time. I contacted the store and they immediately said no refunds. I decided to take the wig to the store and show them. They said no refunds. So the young ***************** the counter said that she would fix it for me. I waited 30 minutes and then went to the back and she was really trying to fix it. She said that it couldn't be fixed and it was too many areas to sew and she was unable to do. As I mentioned, I'm not really a wig wearer so I really hadn't noticed any defects. The wig was over $300 and I decided no, I'm not going to accept this. I disputed this with my credit card and I'm not sure of the outcome but more importantly, the public needs to be aware. M&M just because you have a no refund policy, this should not mean if your customer purchases a defective item that you should not try to correct this. Be careful consumers.

      This interaction did not go as the customer is stating. We accommodated this customer with another wig because the wig she ripped could not be repaired. We offer quality wigs to all our customers and our entire store is accessible to everyone.
