    First complaint is that while making the deal, the salesman put down $299. for Theft Prevention. I advided him that I did not want that. He stated "we put that on all our vehicles". I advised him I did not want it and woul not pay for it. So, he did not put the $299 on any further offers. We finally made the deal for $11400. A few days later I noticed the price of the vehicle on paper had been reduced by $299. and the Theft prevention added on. My fault, I should have checked the paperwork closely. However, unethical on their part and probably fraudulent for the dealership to make more money. The used vehicle may have been purchased from them originally and they can double charge for the same service. Secondly, I purchased a 48 mo. maintenance agreement for $1307. The finance manager specifically told me that if I wanted to cancel within 60 days I woukd get my miney back. I did cancel within 60 days and only got back $1201.I want my $106.00 back.

    I WAS IN SEARCH FOR A VEHICLE FOR MY SON SINCE HIS CAR WAS OUT OF WORKING CONDITION AND UNKNOWN TO KNOW TO ME I FIND A CAR THAT HE WAS SOMEWHAT HAPPY WITH AND THE PRICE WAS OUT OF RANGE, AND WHEN LOOKING AT THE CAR AND THE DAMAGE I THOUGHT THERE WOULD BE SOME WIGGLE ROOM,BUT THERE WAS NOT ONLY NO WAY TO GET THE PRICE DOWN WE HAD TO PUT MONEY DOWN WITH A CREDIT SCORE OF 801. THE MONEY PUT DOWN ONLY BROUGHT THE PAYMENT DOWN A TAD NOT EVEN CLOSE TO WHAT IT SHOULD BE AND TO BOOT THEY MADE SOME SERIOUS MONEY ON THE BACK END OF THE DEAL WITH SELLING A WARRANTY FOR ANOTHER GRAND. WHICH THEN PUT THE PAYMENT HIGHER. THIS WAS SUPPOSED TO BE A GOOD SELLING AND A GOOD EXSPERIENCE FOR MY SON BUYING HIS FIRST SECOND CAR AND IT IS NOTHING SHORT OF A NIGHTMARE. NOT ONLY COULD YOU NOT GET ANYWHERE WITH THIS COMPANY THE SALES GUY WAS RUNNING AROUND HELPING OUT OTHER PEOPLE INSTEAD OF TAKING CARE OF US WHICH TOOK OVER 2 HOURS JUST TO RUN CREDIT. THEN WE FINALLY GO TO PURCHASE THE CAR WITH HESITATION AND WE HAD TO WAIT TO BE SEEN WHEN THEY ARE ALL STANDING AROUND THEN WHEN SEEN WE LISTENED TO ALL THE IF YOU ADD THIS AND THIS AND THEN TO GIVE HIM ADVICE ON WHAT TO DO WAS NOT BECOMING. NOT TO MENTION I DIDNT CARE TO HEAR ABOUT YOUR TRIP OR MONEY. I CARED TO SEE MY SON SAFE IN CAR HE WAS HAPPY WITH AND HERE IS THE KICKER HE HAD TO FILE AN EXTENSION ON THE PAPERWORK FOR THE TITILE SINCE WE WERE TOLD WE WOULD SEE IT IN ABOUT 2 WEEKS AND HERE IT IS ABOUT A MONTH AND A WEEK INTO THE FINAL SIGNING OF THIS CAR AND NO PAPERWORK, NUMEROUS CALLS AND A REASON TO SAY I WOULD DRIVE TO THE DEALERSHIP AGAIN 2 HRS AWAY JUST TO GET SOME WHAT I CALL HONEST ANSWERS, TRUTH BE TOLD IT WAS ALL A LIE FROM THE BEGINNING. THE FINANCE MANAGER SAID QUOTE: I WILL SPEED THE PROCESS UP FOR YOU SINCE I KNOW HE WOULD BE TRAVELING BACK HOME. MY SON NOW HAD TO FILE AN EXTENSION ON THIS CAR THAT I HAVE NO IDEA WHY THE PAPERWORK IS TAKING SO LONG TO GET.. I WANT ANSWERS BEFORE I TAKE LEGAL ACTION.
