I purchased a 2019 Dodge Durango RT and 2019 Dodge Charger RT within a week of each other in September 2022 from this place. Both vehicles began experiencing mechanical issues. Error lights popped on within the first week of driving the Durango and I called questioning the issue. I was asked not to take the vehicle to the dealership and bring it to their repair shop. I took it to a local repair shop in February 2023 and was advised an EZ flash was installed on the vehicle and this allows for error codes to be bypassed. I have spent nearly $5000 on a vehicle in which I am still paying for. I was advised the electrical components including modules were rigged and Dodge Ram parts were installed on a Dodge Durango. I have made several attempts to call this company. I traded in a 2015 GMC Terrain in which I was advised it only had about $1200 worth of suspension work that needed to be done. I want them to purchase this vehicle back! I do not want my deposit only for them to reclaim what was sold to me! This vehicle has caused me headache after headache since I purchased it. I havent driven this vehicle in more than 30 days a continue paying a car payment on top of rental car fees so I am able to commute to work! This is unacceptable and this business should be thoroughly investigated for their poor practices.
