    On October 4, 2022, I placed an online order for delivery through Cajun Crab House for $71.62. A delivery driver never picked up my order after about 2 hours so closer to the restaurant closing, I called and asked if there would be a refund. I was told to call back for the manager the next day. The next day I called back, spoke with a manager who told me he was off the day prior and I would need to speak with his manager who was at the restaurant and could better help me. He took my name and number and let me know they would get back with me. The next day I received no call, so I called the restaurant and spoke with the same manager who told me he was sorry but the manager opened the restaurant and left for personal issues. He reassured me that I would get a call within the week. After receiving no call, I called the restaurant again only to be told the same thing from previous calls. I decided it would be best to try to come in restaurant. I came in restaurant and asked for a manager but was told the head manager was not there. I tried explaining my issue and was told that the manager may offer to replace the meal or give a refund but I have not even been offered that. They took my name and number down again but nothing has been done well over 2 months later.

    So any order placed through A third party such as **** **** **** *** and **** eats the refund needs to be done through them. Cajun Crab does not offer delivery from the store directly. So we can not replace a order or refund a order done through there services. So the person who placed this order needs to reach to the site they ordered through>
