    Storms happened thur/3/30 lost power for 3 hour power came back fri 3/31 lost power again been without power since 8 pm 3/31 called nipsco they said i repeat they said that crews are work around the clock we still dont have power today is 4/4 we are always last to get power back 1st to lose it ...i want to be compensated for this...i was out get *********** on route 6 a pancake house at 1o am there is 8 nipsco trucks there and they are working around the clock ..my a** i have my 84 yr old mother living with us who *** to be on oxygen 24/7 i had to empty my saving to lease a battery oxygen machine for her to live...this is ******** ..now if something happens we have nothing ...

    Friday night 3/31/23, severe thunderstorms storms brought strong, damaging winds with gusts up to 75 mph and rain that caused elevated electric power outages across Northern *******.
    NIPSCO crews worked around the clock to assess damage, make repairs, and restore power as safely and quickly as possible for those impacted by the severe storm.

    The majority of the outages were caused by downed trees and wires, as well as equipment damaged by extremely high winds and rain that passed through the area that evening.

    NIPSCO tracks developing weather patterns and prepared crews accordingly to respond to this anticipated stormy weather.

    If a customer sees a truck driving by their house or neighborhood, please note that the assessment process requires our crews to move around to find the source of the outage. An outage affecting a home may call for a repair needed down the street or in another part of the neighborhood.

    We understand that any service outage is an inconvenience and thank customers for their patience and understanding during our assessment and restoration efforts.

    On 4/10/23, a **************** Representative spoke with the customer to apologize for the experience and explained that the storm had caused severe damage across Northern *******.

     I am rejecting this response because:
    There was not any crews here or around for ***** days and then everyone around us has power back on but us 3 days later total of 6days then we get power i want money off my bill for atleast 3 days.
