    We needed a place to stay for fifteen days and since we stayed at this organization three years ago we thought it would have been the same but this wasn't the case. Woodspring changed management the prior ones Pretilla and ****** left but thought ***** was still there but again was totally wrong they never had this establishment go down like it is now. First of all, the rate on bill board was $53.87 they charged me $58.97 a night , myself and spouse came in and spoken with ***** customer service agent before arriving to hotel on the 6th March 2024. We requested a handicapped room we understood that someone had already rented that space but ***** stated we could move into a room on 3-7-2025. I phoned all day and spoken with GM the tall black American girl, she kept stating room isnt ready!! We found out it was one housekeeper per staff the room 227 they gave us was smelled with Marijuana, the room was dirty, a hole in wall like a cat scratched it up the bathroom sink had no stopper, walls nasty, bed linen looked like urine stains the b bathroom door patched upand this was only room available? I think this is where they wanted us. The hallway reeked Marijuana when it's a hotel of no smoking ppl in room 225 kids hitting wall, kicking wall, we gad to call front desk to ask them to stop banging. It stopped but they continued majority time no one was at front ***, also management stated they were trying to make it safe by coming to all rooms it would be from 11AM to 5PM they but a sticker in closets but it was after time they put flyers on ppl doors. I suffer from long-term Covid and the Marijuana smell that came through our vent the whole time was truly disrespectful. I understand people are homeless and need a place to live but management still needs to conduct business correctly. IF THIS IS A NON SMOKING HOTEL THEN EGERYONE NEEDS TO OBEY THE RULES!!! DONT JUST ACCEPT PPL MONEY AND PUT THEM INTO AN UNSAFE ENVIRONMENT
