    First time here, arranged the visit using publicly available information online which lists the public hours as 2-6. We were very clear we have not been here before and were a bit confused how things worked, but the man behind the counter was glad to take our money without verifying any information, so at the point of exchange we were lead to believe that we were paying the agreed upon price for 2-6 open bowling. 2 hours later after our money was gone, we were asked to leave. No attempt was made at any point to ask if we were part of a party and no one informed us that these were not public hours, and there were other people there just as confused as us. After only being allowed half the time we were lead to believe we were paying for, no attempt at a refund or a make it right was made, and the man behind the counter actually started to argue that we were undercharged. If any attempt was made at the time when they were taking our money to inform us that their online information was wrong, that would be a fair misunderstanding. As is, it nearly feels like a scam that they are advertising private hours as if they are public, and then taking money when customers agree to pay for the service being advertised, only to back out on it later.
