    We took our car there to have oil changed who ever did it did not tighten screws by time got to work there was no oil remaining in car. *** took the car back and said they was putting a new motor in. They did that got car back same day car won't start again they took car back and have had it ever since it's going on 3 years now. They hardly return our calls and if do they say oh it'll be ready by Friday we will call you Friday comes and goes every time. We just want our car back and fixed. We are not asking for money from them we just want our car back. It'll be 3 years in February that they have had our vehicle. I'm sure this is not right and I'm sure we could take them to court and win but we are trying to keep it out of court. We just want our car fix and back to us. They seem to think this is all ok and it's not and I want ppl to know what they are doing.

    We changed the *** on the car, and the customer drove to work and called us. Oil was out of the car. We had the car towed back to the shop. We found the part was defective and let the parts store handle the warranty with the part and motor.  The new motor had an oil leak. We found the oil pan drain was leaking. We put a new oil pan on it and that was fixed. Customer returned car with engine lights on. We got them fixed, and everytime we thought they were cleared off, something new would start. We finally were down to one code, that no matter what we did, would not fix it. It was an oil pressure low light on the dash. We found the code is actually for the cooling system. The dash is programmed wrong and saying the wrong thing on the screen. It should say A/C off Engine Hot, but it says Low Oil,Shut off Engine. We changed out the cooling system hose, thermostat, and once we figured out the issue, we have changed out the wiring causing the code to pop up on the dash. We have been in communication with the customer ***** ******** and he is aware of the issues we were having.  We wanted to confirm this was fixed before responding.
