    Hello I submitted a warranty claim for a pair of shoes purchased from **** .com. I also submitted my receipt for purchase in December of 2021 as a gift for my daughter. The shoes were faulty and developed a hole which was a manufacturers defect. the warranty states shoes are covered under warranty for 2 years. the tags on the inside of the shoes fell off and **** is not willing to stand by its product that $160 was spent on a pair of my shoes as a gift for my daughter. In the process of calling **** I was disconnected and Hung u on by 2 different agents. The shoes were returned in the mail today and no one at **** is willing to talk to me. **** is not a small company and I **** expect to stand behind their products and treat their customers Better. We have purchased 5 pairs of the same 270 series shoes and this is the only one that we have had issues with so clearly a defect and not acceptable. Not acceptable or ethical treatment of their customers with this issues.

    My son got these sneakers for Christmas, his grandma got them at DIcks Sporting goods warehouse, this store has no returns, but we tried there first and they told us they do not do returns but if we contact **** since the shoes were not warn they didn't see why they wouldn't make it right. So I filled out the online warranty form and paid to send the shoes back to them. I get an email stating "they determined the issue is a result of rubbing with normal wear" Not sure how that could be as he NEVER wore the shoes, so there was a number in the email from them so I tried called, first guy was rude and claimed it is what is so deal with it, I ask to speak to his manger. His manger would not Spake to me and passed to a new department. This department was helpful. They pulled up my claim # ********. He looked at the notes and looked at the photos and agreed the shoes looked as if they had never been worn and could see the damage to and ask me to hold so he could see why they denied the claim. His manger told him that the claim should not be denied and to put it back through with all the information, and asking to get a voucher or replace them with a new pair. I get back another email stating that this person agree with the inspection team, and that the shoes do not have material or workmanship flaw so they do hope I understand. NO I don't since they were a gift he never worn them how could he have done that!!!! They should stand behind there product, $100 for shoes that are broken is not right!! I am not asking for money I would just like them to send me a replacement for the shoes.

    Yes good evening I made a purchase for some ****** 12 on October 12 2022 for a gift for my husband and unfortunately my order got cancel. I ordered from **** before and every time my order got cancel they would refund my money In one to two days.My **** order number was ************. **** is telling me I have to wait **** businesses days and I Need my money ASAP. I cannot wait 10 days for no refund! **** took $200 dollars and my order got cancel.

    6-25-22 I bought **** Vapor NXT HC shoes. Model #********** 9-1-22 I sent shoes with receipt to **** because of a defect. The defect: the insoles that came with shoes slide toward the toes folding up in front of my toes jamming them which fills like the shoe becomes a size smaller. 9-22-22 I received the shoes back from **** with a message they did not find a manufacturing error. I cannot wear the shoes due to the insoles sliding. I want a refund for the purchase price of $137.34 plus **** shipping cost $11.75 for the cost of shipping them to ****.
