    I recently moved out my experience was decent till moving out. Communication *****, I emailed them and never received an email back for weeks until I call them over 8 times. They continued to tell me there was no one in the office to speak to about the concerns I had with my security deposit. When they finally responded they lied and made up items that were wrong with the apartment. They kept my whole deposit and continued to charge me over $900. I left the apartment clean but I guess not up to there standard a few crumps in the drawer cost me $250 cleaning fee, as well as a $65 fee for food in the garbage disposal (which I do believe thats the job of a garage disposal). I also got charged over $600 for painting the whole apartment for nail holes that they said was allowed as well as one area where the paint did rip off which I understand needing to repaint that spot but definitely shouldnt have cost $600. I would definitely not recommend them to rent from. After reading other comments this is a recurring problem. I wish I would have done more research prior to signing a lease with them.

    I have a 720 credit score and a great rental history. Never had an issue renting before. So I assumed I wouldn't have an issue. Well shook property management took my application money and then told me they couldn't accept my application without an explanation. I went to another leasing company and my application was accepted no problems. How many other people have they done this to?
