    Took my car there because I have carmax extended warranty. When I called last week to make an appointment after explaining what the issue was and that they participate with Repair Pal, I was never told if it wasn't covered I would not only pay for them to open my car door to see my radio/navigation screen was cracked but I was ALSO CHARGED for them to call the warranty company! What a JOKE! **************** is absolutely ZERO. They had several opportunities to tell me I would have to pay just below $150 for nothing. Plus ***** was rude. I had to call and ask about my car after 2 days without it. I will voice this is a bad company to everyone I know. Very unprofessional company.

    We do not work for free and anyone that thinks so is ?

    We explain to people up front that we charge administrative fees for dealing with warranty companies. It was explained to the lady that made the appointment. We also explain that customers pay the excess of what warranty doesn't pay such as parts mark up. Usually the warranty will pay 1 hour diagnostic fee if the claim is not denied. The man that came to pick the car up acted like he was unaware of this. ***** explained to him everything such as diagnostic fees and administrative fees for phone time with warranty company involved since the claim was denied. ***** told me this morning that the man was very rude to him until a young woman came in to pick her car up the he change his tone per say. ***** has always been very professional and courteous to everyone in the 2 years he has been working here.
