      This company has been a staple in the Jeffersonville community for decades. I've recommended it several times. The quality of its product has always been superior. Unfortunately for me I've had the worst experience of my adult life when I attempted to return the West Baden Springs Hotel Series Firm mattress that was delivered but not what I selected in the showroom. Prior to the delivery I was informed by the same salesperson, it would be a delay in the delivery, due to the factory building the wrong mattress. When the mattress was delivered, as soon as I layed on it, I realized it was softer than the floor model. I notified the salesman the next day and was told I had to sleep on it for 30 days to break it in, before returning. When asked, how does a soft mattress change to firm, I was told it doesn't. Then why keep it? After going round and round for a few days, he finally agreed to the return, at "My Expense" plus they kept $102.00. Nor did they return my mattress and box spring they took from my home, leaving me with nothing to sleep on. When returned, he refused to examine the mattress to verify it was correct or not, instead he had "my" delivery company, not return it to the warehouse, but place it in another truck to be taken to a dumpster, his words. This could have been resolved by verifying the product when I returned it, instead of only going by the computer. Not realizing he informed me the bed was incorrectly manufactured prior to the delivery. Customer service professionalism goes a long ways. I would have accepted an exchange because it was the mattress very much needed for my physical impairment. This was a classic "bait and switch"., even if by error!
