    I love these beds so much this is my third purchase of the nectar bed. they are so comfortable and it’s like sleeping on a pillow. i’m a side sleeper and it’s perfect i never wake up with shoulder pain or hip pain anymore.

    My mattress has not yet shipped for over a month. I have reached out to customer service numerous times and have repeatedly been told that the mattress is in the warehouse and they are just waiting on the shipping number. This is ridiculous and clearly not the case as warehouse space is valuable. The item is clearly on back order but they refuse to be honest about it. I would avoid ordering from Nectar, or if you do want a Nectar Mattress, do not order from the directly (go through a furniture retailer) so hopefully you avoid the issues I have had.

    Since sleeping on Nectar mattress I have quit visiting my chiropractor weekly. The Nectar customer service suggested the nectar premier memory foam mattress based on my sleep habits.

    We bought our first Nectar mattress almost 8 years ago when the company first started and it was the best mattress we’ve ever had! We just passed that mattress onto our almost teenage son so we could upgrade to a split king with the adjustable base. LOVE LOVE LOVE! I recommend Nectar to everyone

    We purchased a similar hybrid mattress that was great but caused me back pain from being too soft. Upon friends recommendation we returned it and got the Nectar. Phenomenal decision. Zero break in period. Any future mattresses will be from Nectar.

    I bought the bundle and the extra frame. Easy to assemble (my boys did it). Comfortable and great pillows but the sheets are scratchy. I pre washed them before I put them on. I hope they soften up with each washing!

    I will never shop with this company ever again. I decided to splurge a bit on a mattress, I was told July 11th through the 17th that I would see my unit shipped ( I placed my order July 3rd). The unit never shipped & for updates I had to call into customer service. When I called customer service, Gerald told me that I would receive the tracking within 24 to 48 hours since fed ex has my unit. I call back on Friday because I never received an email with tracking and was told I’d have to wait an entire week to receive tracking so the 25th. How is that fair to the customer? Not only that, they offered me only $40 which mind you I had to fight for the extra ten since he started with 30 and had the audacity to say that’s all he can do to make sure I don’t cancel. 0/10 customer service just lies and they never inform you about any issues. If the unit was back ordered this should’ve been mentioned on the site.

    Mold on One of Three Identical Nectar Mattresses—Warranty Denied
    I own three Nectar mattresses purchased over the past few years. All have lived on metal platform frames at least a foot off the floor—never directly on carpet or hardwood. Two are perfectly fine; one developed visible black mold on its underside, which led to weeks of unexplained fatigue, dizziness, and brain fog for my spouse and me.
    Because the mattresses share the same environment, airflow, and care routine, I suspect this unit arrived with dormant spores that slowly bloomed. Unfortunately, Nectar’s warranty team dismissed the claim in minutes, citing a blanket exclusion for “mold.” Their warranty contract also mentions that removing the permanent cover voids the warranty—so there’s no safe way to launder the fabric if something goes wrong (though does it even matter if it's not covered anyways?)
    Mold can form from manufacturing or storage conditions—not just customer misuse.
    You’ll pay over $1000 for a mattress advertised as having a warranty, only to discover critical exclusions after a problem appears.
    On top of that, I was offered an extra warranty for $130 in that same checkout flow which I ended up purchasing. When trying to submit a claim through them which I now see is through the company "Extend", they *also* denied it, citing the same blanket exclusion for mold, so there was really no point in buying the extra warranty.
    I am still hoping Nectar will revisit the claim and at least offer *something*. Until then, I can’t recommend the product or the warranty process. Mattresses aren't cheap, find one where you can have the peace of mind that if something goes wrong the company will have your back.

    Worse customer service ever. Long story made short. They did nothing to rectify the situation and or help us in the end. Received a faulty mattress that arrived in a box that was torn up and looked like it was run over by a train thanks to FedEx. We simply requested a new mattress be sent and they haul the other one away that was in a damaged box and they would not do that. They said that we had to open it up and prove that the mattress was damaged and I was not comfortable with that. It was not my fault that FedEx delivered a faulty package and nor was I going to risk opening up a sealed mattress that could have damage to it when they could take it back and send a new one. I paid $1,000 and expect a nice box to be delivered with a fresh product in there and not risk or worry that it potentially got damaged. How is that the consumer's fault?? Nobody helped and in the end, we sent it back, and requested a full refund!
