    After a devastating fire, CRDN came in and took many of our household items to clean. When our things were returned my deceased mother-in-law’s antique Seth Thomas clock was not among the boxes. However, some of the parts from the clock were in a box. I texted and called to try and locate our clock. I was told several different stories about the clock. I talked to a customer service lady several times. They could not find our clock anywhere. The lady finally stated that she would start a claim through CRDN’s insurance carrier. The Seth Thomas clock was the most sentimental and valuable item we owned. It was worth around $3000. I have not heard from her since. I have called and left several messages and never get a response. If I could give a zero star review, I would. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!! I know it is a terrible time for families when they have to call CRDN, but you need to take detailed pictures of every valuable item they take to clean. When your items come back open every box and check off each item that is returned while the delivery driver is still there. This may take you several hours, but you will at least know you have all your valuable belongings back.
