    First part of November I placed an order on eBay for a roof rack. 3 weeks later the seller refunded my payment because Meyer wouldn’t deliver the rack. Assorted excuses why. 12/3/2023 I ordered another rack from eBay. Found out that Meyers was the delivery company. Two weeks now and no rack. Supposedly the driver brought the rack to the delivery spot, which on my ticket it has a drop notice without receiving party being there, said it didn’t look safe so returned to Maryland with it. The “unsafe” location is in a security maintained gated retirement community at my work building which has security cameras. I was informed yesterday by an email that the rack was to be delivered today. Called to find out if it was indeed true and spoke with a smart *** guy first and then ***** who stated to me “I don’t know who dropped the ball but it ain’t on the truck! Will be next week!” I am so frustrated with this lack of customer service company. If you read all the complaints on here you can see a trend. Only thing they are good at is excuses. Always somebody else’s fault. I don’t know who runs this business but I will do everything I can to let people know what a terrible business this is. Hopefully will go bankrupt.

    Customer ordered the same part on 2 separate occasions going through 2 different companies.  1st Jasper Industrial Supply and 2nd 4 wheel Parts.

    On the first order from the start, we had issues confirming his address to be able to deliver the order. Given the location of this customer compared to our dock location and distance from our serviceable area, we were unable to deliver on time. During this time our local cross dock was also experiencing driver shortages and the order rolled due to this reason.  1st order ended being canceled and customer notified that we would not be able to service his order.  Customer then place another order at 4 wheel Parts, for the same reasons as the first order, it also took us a while to get this order delivered.   When we finally were able to service the order on 12/12, our driver did not feel it was safe to leave the product.  A call was place to the customer, which he did not answer.  During this time the customer also threatened to have his attorney contact our company.  

    As the carrier, we attempted to contact the recipient for delivery, but did not
    receive the correct contact information from who we were contracted to complete
    the delivery.  This led to a delay in in completing the delivery.  Order was finally delivered on 12/18 at the ******** Country Club.

    I am rejecting this response because:
          After the first order was finally cancelled and then finding out that the new order was being contracted for delivery with Meyer, I called and spoke with ****** and explained the first debacle. She said she would put on my delivery paperwork to no receiving party drop order. Which after that “attempted” delivery was not delivered. I then spoke to ***** who confirmed that the drop order was on my account sheet. The “unsafe “ location was in a gated secured community.
        The condescending attitude of everyone involved, except for ******, was unacceptable. It is not my problem they can’t find workers, but by their nature I can understand why. Before I make another large item purchase, I contact seller to find out if Meyer is involved. They are a no go for me. ****** should find a better place to work.

    This shipping company has had an item of mine for almost a month. The shipping date keeps changing. I have called several times and I am told that there are no drivers available to deliver my item. I've asked to pick it up and am told that there is nobody there for me to pick it up. The seller has contacted them on my behalf a few times and they get a shipment date and still isn't delivered. After this I read reviews on Google and it is all the same issue. I just want my item

    Order ******* was delivered by Meyer on 4/28/23 at 3:05 PM.

    It was communicated to the customer that due to shortage of drivers the order was going to be late and routes were not running as normal.

    There was no one available for the customer to pickup the order at our warehouse.
