1 starWhat a Joke!!! we got 6 windows replaced installer did a poor quality job, disrespectful, rude , unprofessional , I did contact universal windows when we noticed the poor job installer was doing they told me will call me back never did, installer damaged all the wall around windows !!!shame on the mess!!!! BIG MISTAKE we made choosing their services , STAY AWAY! !!!

5 starsThis is the second round of windows we have purchased from Universal. We had a problem with one window and they didnt hesitate to custom make another window for replacement.The technician, **** was very friendly, professional and efficient. He even took the time to discuss some tips and tricks for using our windows. He also was sure to clean up when he was finished!
