This company disrespects families who have had major loss. This company does not care about you or your family. I'm sorry, but morals and ethics get in the way when it comes to business With this company.

Showed up on my property, uninvited and without notice. When politely confronted due to causing fear in the home due to a stranger leaving a backpack on our property, employee rudely replied that they didn't have to say anything about it because they were locating a gas line... This is an old house. No reason to be on my property and I did research, they DID need to notify me as the homeowner. He was in fact trespassing which is bold in a not-so-safe town in REMOVED. My security camera has proof and I am considering taking further action. There was no need to be rude much less while trespassing.

IC 35-41-3-2 and IC 34-30-31 The Castle Doctrine Act You have the right to use lethal force on criminals including state and federal police. If you start enforcing your rights, #1 there will be A LOT less of these criminals violating the law, and #2 you won't have to worry about trespassers and criminals illegally photographing your home and property. Put up cameras and aim for the head. The law will justify it. It is not your fault they wanted to FAFO.

Unsure suspicious vehicle ( marked as USIC but never seen them in the area and young men/people in vests that seem to be walking up and down street spraying something or metal detectors in front of my house it was making my dogs bark so I was unaware what theyre doing in / on my street . What is this code enforcement or something. Please post on Nextdoor the app that alerts everyone before just showing up in Neighborhoods.thank you.

USIC driver of a white REMOVEDColorado license plate Texas issue REMOVEDdrove thru my yard and on sidewalk. Very unprofessional. Confronted him about it which he denied until I told him it was recorded by security cameras. Then I asked him why he was inside two of the three boxes mounted to my house his reply was locating utilities. First off, when did you need access on those boxes to do that job and why was I not notified by knocking on my door he was going to be doing that? I first thought someone was trying to break into house. I have pictures and video. Called them and they blew me off. I have notified city as possible damage to there sidewalks and Fiber cable they just put there he ran over. He left my one box open and unsecured. He was a young driver and disrespectful. As of this posting they have not contacted me back regarding this issue.

I have had the displeasure of working with USIC at least 5 times now. Not once have they shown up to locate by the project start time. Each time I have had to call them to complete a No Show/Relocate which is supposed to (and has in the past) have USIC come out immediately to complete the locate. I am now on my THIRD No Show/Relocate for the same ticket/job. At what point does the liability fall onto USIC for not showing and not the property owner?? It is ridiculous. Their customer service is less than helpful. You can do everything right: put in a locate request, line up your work based on the timeline USIC/Diggers Hotline puts out there and then have it completely fall apart because they do not come out to locate.

Unprofessional, don't bother. Applied on 2/2, it is now 2/21. I've gone through virtually every part of their hiring process and have yet to receive ANY notice of the next steps in the process. My last contact with them was a rep saying I needed to complete a task on my recruit profile, but since then I have not been contacted or have been able to contact ANYONE. The contact that called me never answers their phone and my recruiters email box is FULL. I put in an email ticket on their website, no response. I had to call a Utility Locator IN A DIFFERENT STATE just to get someone on the phone, they were helpful, but the contact number they gave me didn't answer the phone either! I left a voicemail hoping they would call me back, nope. I've watched my bills fall to the wayside and I am struggling to feed loved ones. I let them know how dire my situation is in part of my recorded interview and all they've done is take their sweet time as far as I can tell. People don't have time for this in this economy! I didn't want to believe the reviews I was reading and wanted to give the benefit of the doubt, but at this point the reviews don't seem to be far from the truth in regards to poor management. I wouldn't be writing this if I wasn't absolutely appalled at their professionalism and wish to save others the run around. I will be retracting my application, which I've NEVER done before. I can't put into words how infuriated I am after this whole ordeal, and with how much of my time they've wasted I have even less time before I'm thrown out on my aREMOVEDI was extremely hopeful and even excited to get into a new field, but that has since soured because of their management practices. Don't make the same mistake I did. Hope this is helpful.

I applied for this company and even set up a time for a phone interview. I was so excited because I had been trying forever to even get that far with them. I waited all day and they NEVER even called me. So unprofessional and disorganized. Thank God i found a job with someone better.
