On or about December 23rd 2021 my vehicle a ***** Pilot had broken down in the middle of the street around 9:00 to 10:00 p.m. I was able to get the vehicle moved to a gas station and was able to contact the dealership which is Honest ************ day for the vehicle to be towed to their location for repairs. During this time we were trying to figure out what could have been wrong with the vehicle myself and the dealership on January 1st my dad had passed unexpectedly. I then contacted the dealership maybe around January the 3rd because at this time we had not known what still was wrong with the vehicle I was told it was the timing chain and they were trying to get something figured out on how to go about it for a reasonable price.I asked the gentleman because I stayed in contact with them I asked the gentleman if they could just let me lay my dad to rest and I will be able to get my vehicle back the gentleman he was nice he said that will work well unbeknownst to me around January I must say the 17th through the 19th I got a call from the manager at the dealership asking me what did I plan on doing with the vehicle we needed to come up with a solution well when I reached back out to him to let him know that I will be there to pay the money he told me my vehicle was somewhere else and it will be too much money to get the vehicle as far as they would rather replace the whole engine instead of just the timing chain well instead of replacing the whole engine he said let's just come in and talk about getting you in another vehicle well that never happened when I call to retrieve my my belongings out of the ***** pilot I was told that it was mistakenly so at the auction the manager at the dealership claims he didn't know that everything was in that vehicle social security cards, obituaries of my mom, medical reports, clothing,shoe work equipment,grandbabies clothes and toys and shoes,ID of my daughter, license plates this company has done nothing to rectify the situation.
