I purchased a vehicle from Drive Away Auto 7-7-2022. At that time I obtained a 45-day paper plate which is due in just a few days Drive Away Auto had 45 days to send my title to the **** I went to obtain my plate this morning and found out my title had not been forwarded over. I went in to drive away Auto where the man at the desk named ****** told me my title had been to my financial company I leave driveway Auto and drive to my financial company where they stayed they have never received the title the drive away auto still has the title. So I drive back to drive away Auto where The Man behind The desk proceeds to yell at me cursed at me and belittle me as I'm standing there trying to figure out where my title is my financial company calls me and tells me that drive away Auto had just sent someone over with my title so it was never sent over back in July like *************** claimed it was since the day that I was there today now mind you I had never seen this title it went straight from Drive Away Auto to my financial company. So I proceed to go back to my financial company to obtain my title in the back of my title is signed with my signature I had not seen the title at any point in that direction it was in the hands of ****** the entire encounter as he was berating me belittling me and cursing at me that he had sent the title back in July he had it in his possession and forged my signature. That is a criminal offense to forge someone's signature once I brought that to ******************* attention he laughed in my face this is a heinous offense against a customer and their legal rights of signing documentation something needs to be done swiftly regarding this matter thank you for your time
