    I paid $6500 to have trees removed from my property. While the trees were being removed, the crew dropped a limb on my patio and broke it. The repair the company did is not sufficient and does not return it to original condition. I requested alternate solutions and the company stopped contacting me since I paid.

     The owner of Broad Ripple Tree Service met with **************** to address the damage and before proceeding with the repair. **************** did not disagree with the method of repair.   We hired a professional concrete contractor to repair the cracked patio. The patio is a series of concrete slabs.  The damage cracked the edge of one slab.  **************** wants to replace his entire patio and he is asking ** to pay for this new patio.  After the repair was completed, he increased his desired resolution from repairing the crack to installing a new patio.  We are sorry that **************** now feels this was inadequate.  We believe that this issue has been resolved.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined the response would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. 

    In the conversation with the gentlemen in regards with the repair, they stated that they would like to fix it their way and if Im not happy they would deal with it then. During the conversation i felt that the gentleman I spoke with gave me the impression that due to the area I live in any repair would be sufficient.

    I did agree to let the tree company repair the patio the way they wanted to and then I was unable to speak with them after the fact. The patio should be returned to the condition it was before the tree was dropped on it and not have a large line through the patio.
