  Business came out removed a tree, Sunk my drive due to putting 80% of a 60ft maple tree in truck. My drive is only 5 years old. They sunk it bad. They have insurance and won't make a claim. They brought their friend who does black top and said it would he done after the 500. Then ****** called and stated his friend never gave him a bid just told him $800 and then said it would be august or September He tried to bring me $800 just in case I wanted to get someone else. Problems Is the lowest bid was $2250. I've contacted them and feel like they are blowing me off. They have insurance just make the claim or pay for my repair of my driveway. Please help with this matter

  Afternoon,

  I just got off the phone with their insurance and they are denying the claim. ****** with Black Cherry tree is denying any damage. They offered me $800 and then a $1000 but  that does not cover the $2250 In damages He also had a friend come named *** come by and he said he would repair it but changed from weekend after the race until  end of August or September. He was trading tree service at his brother in laws for the repair. I was informed *** is not qualified to do the work. I just want my driveway fixed properly or the money to fix it. He also mentioned he was trying to get a hold of another friend named ******* but he wasn't returning his calls.  Thank you for your help

  I have provided a lot of information to the insurance.  Since they denied , even though I have text from them saying they didn't deny anything.

  I'm sorry to hear this,

  We have been doing tree work for many years, and we have been using that truck for 10 years and some other trucks bigger than that one.

  
  

  I have never seen any damage from this truck on an asphalt driveway. 

  This is the first time that I have heard something like this.

  
  

  We always try to do the best tree work, and we try to be really careful doing our tree work so we do not make any damage to the homeowners' property.

  Also, even if we try to avoid damages on anything, we are 100 % bonded and insured.

  We provide copies for the clients.

  In case something happens, the insurance is in charge of any liability or damage.
